Innovation. Genova has partnered with the TMC Innovation Institute to revolutionize the way health is managed in the home.
“It’s time we equip frontline workers with the support they need to drive drastically better health outcomes.”
-- Alex Bonetti
Founders Alex Bonetti and Daniel Gottschalk are each motivated by deeply personal experiences in managing healthcare. They’re passionate about helping others and driving change in the healthcare industry.
After witnessing firsthand his grandmother’s struggles with Alzheimer’s disease, Alex founded Family Tree In-Home Senior Care to raise the standard of excellence for home care. Since 2012, Alex grew the business an average of 120% year-over-year and introduced applied research and clinical care methodologies to become the #1 and most awarded provider of home care in the Greater Houston Area.
Recognizing the antiquated state of the home care industry, Daniel set out in 2015 to change it. Determined to redefine the way health is managed in the home, Daniel didn’t take long to recognize Alex’s success with Family Tree, the only home care provider nationwide driven and supported by outcome-based research.
A partnership was born, and the pair formed Genova to manage a portfolio of integrated solutions, including Family Tree, to improve the way health is managed in the home.
