Founded in 1996 in Fort Worth, Texas, Agape Home Care is a provider of private duty home care and care management services, including providing medication management, transition and estate management, and an array of client focused services that have enhanced peace of mind for clients and their families. Agape’s staff and clients have been integrated into Family Tree Private Care.
Monarch Senior Home Care was founded in Dallas, Texas in 2017 by seasoned aging industry leaders Mary Gilliam, Chad Anderson, and Candice Montoya. The company is well known for providing personal care services to seniors in the Dallas community, including caregiving, companionship, and assistance with activities of daily living. Monarch staff and clients have been integrated into Family Tree Private Care.
Founded in 2013 by Becca Metoyer in Plano, TX, Second Family Home Care offers home care services that allow older adults to age in place. The company specializes in bespoke caregiving services for clients throughout Dallas and the surrounding areas. Second Family staff and clients have been integrated into Family Tree.
SureCare at Home was founded in The Woodlands, TX in 2012 by Bruce Gratland and Nancy Larkin, RN. Lead by a team of seasoned nurses, SureCare’s caregivers developed a reputation for providing high quality caregiving, companionship, and assistance with activities of daily to older adults throughout the community. SureCare clients and care providers have been integrated into Family Tree Private Care.
RedBud was founded in Austin in 2012 by Anne Walker-McBay and Sean Thornton after Anne researched options for her 80 year old mother, Mary. RedBud provides private duty home care services including caregiving, transportation, and disease management services.
Founded in 1988 by Maureen Petersen, Professional Caretakers provides premier caregiving services for seniors. Headquartered in Fort Worth, the company operated throughout Texas, with offices in Fort Worth, Dallas, Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Granbury and Weatherford.
Founded in 2011, Family Tree is a full-service company specializing in helping families navigate aging, illness, and disability. The company’s scope of services includes life care management, professional caregiving, and private nursing as an integrated solution to holistically manage care. Family Tree maintains offices throughout Texas and Colorado, and has celebrated a rebrand as Family Tree Private Care.
Founded in 2001, Accountable Aging Care Management is a full-service provider of professional care management services. The company is headquartered in Austin, Texas, and was expanded to serve aging adults and persons with disabilities in Dallas, San Antonio, the Permian Basin and Bryan/College Station. Accountable Aging offers a broad spectrum of services, including full-service care coordination, government benefits consultation, and more. The company has been integrated into Family Tree.
Founded in 2012, HomeCare of the Rockies is the premier provider of professional caregiving services in Boulder Country, CO. Headquartered in Longmont, CO, the company is nationally recognized for its HomeCare 100 Caregiver Training Program, which leverages classroom sessions taught by industry experts and educators and hands-on lab practice to prepare caregivers to better serve seniors. Founder Sandi McCann serves on the board of the Home Care Association of America, and all management, staff, and clients have integrated with the team at Family Tree.
Clear Choice Senior Care was founded in Dallas and operated by Patsy Baley, a 17-year industry veteran. Clear Choice provides caregiving, companionship, and assistance with activities of daily activities to seniors throughout the DFW metroplex. Clear Choice care providers and clients have been integrated into Family Tree Private Care.
In Home Senior Care was founded in 1999 by Greg Perkins. In Home Senior Care, serving San Antonio, is a provider of home care, homemaker, and caregiving services. IHSC staff and clients have been integrated into Family Tree Private Care.
Evergreen Private Care of Houston was founded in Houston, Texas in 2009 by entrepreneur Laura Cook and home care veteran Keren Wheeler. Laura, along with Keren and Jerry Wheeler, worked diligently for over a decade to set the standard for excellence in caregiving and private nursing in Houston. Today, Ms. Cook serves as an executive of Family Tree Private Care, and her entire Houston team has been integrated into the organization. Mrs. Wheeler, a Florida native, currently serves as the owner and CEO of Evergreen Private Care of Florida, which is not associated with Family Tree. Evergreen Privat Care of Houston’s local management, staff, and clients have been integrated into Family Tree Private Care.
By Design HomeCare was founded by Ellen McClellan in 2006 in San Antonio, Texas. Ellen and her home care team from Nix Health established By Design to serve their community with a combination of caregiving and nursing services. The company provides private duty home care services and private nursing services to its clients. By Design management, staff, and clients have been integrated into Family Tree Private Care.
Founded in 2002 by Patrick O’Hare, Caring Companions has offered high quality caregiving services to thousands of families. Headquartered in San Antonio, Caring Companions previously expanded to Dallas, Texas and multiple markets outside of Texas. The company provides private duty home care services including caregiving, transportation, and disease management services. Caring Companions staff and clients have been integrated into Family Tree Private Care.
Salus Homecare is a regional provider of hospice, home health, private duty, and palliative care service. The company is headquartered in Irvine, California, with locations throughout California and Utah. Salus’s Denver caregivers and clients have been integrated into Family Tree. Salus continues to maintain independent operations throughout California and Utah, not associated with Family Tree.
Founded in 1996 in Denver, Home Care Resources offers Class B home care services that allow older adults to age in place. Founder Shirley Jennet previously served as President of the Colorado Hospice Organization and the Rocky Mountain Region representative on the National Hospice Board of Directors. Home Care Resources staff and clients have been integrated into Family Tree.
Colorado Elder Care Solutions was founded in 1999 by Karen Buchanan, a registered nurse and geriatric care manager. Headquartered in Denver, CECS is a full-service provider of Class A and B home care services as well as professional care management services. Founder Karen Buchanan is a member of the National Council on Aging and the National Gerontological Nursing Association. Colorado Elder Care Solutions management, staff, and clients have been integrated into Family Tree.
ProperCare was founded in 2007 to offer support to older adults and their families working through medical, financial and legal challenges associated with the aging process. Based in Austin, Texas, ProperCare is a professional geriatric care management company that employs geriatric care managers to advocate for and assist clients during medical visits, insurance negotiations, and all facets of the aging process. ProperCare management, staff, and clients have been integrated into Accountable Aging Care Management.
HC Austin was owned and operated by Byrian Matienz. HC Austin is a provider of home care services, including all activities of daily living. HC Austin staff and clients have been integrated into Family Tree.
Founded in 1997, CareTemps is a provider of private duty home care and care management services, including liaising during medical visits, insurance and benefits negotiations, medical records management, and full-service care coordination. CareTemps management, staff, and clients have been integrated into Family Tree Private Care.
